Welcome to Abroad Travel Agency. By accessing and using our website, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any of these terms, please do not use our website.

• ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS By using Abroad Travel Agency's website, you fully accept these terms and conditions. We reserve the right to modify or update these terms at any time, and it is the user's responsibility to review them periodically.
• SERVICES OFFERED Abroad Travel Agency is dedicated to creating personalized travel itineraries. Our services include planning all necessary travel components such as activities, accommodations, food, transportation, consulting, and additional details as requested by the client.
• USE OF THE WEBSITE Users agree to use this website responsibly and legally. Using our website for fraudulent or illegal activities is prohibited. We reserve the right to suspend access to users who violate these rules and to take appropriate legal action under Costa Rican law.
• BOOKINGS AND PAYMENTS Personalized itineraries are subject to availability and prior confirmation. To guarantee the service, a first payment of 50% of the total itinerary value is required after the initial presentation meeting. The remaining 50% is due upon delivery of the finalized itinerary in the second meeting. The final product will not be delivered until this payment is completed. Prices may vary depending on the season and demand.
• CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY Cancellations must be made at least 5 days in advance. Refunds may be granted during the final itinerary presentation meeting. If the client decides not to proceed, 50% of the amount paid at the time of cancellation will be refunded.
  
  Once the final payment is made and the itinerary has been delivered by Abroad Travel Agency, no refunds of any kind will be issued. Abroad Travel Agency is not responsible if the planned trip cannot take place due to personal reasons or circumstances beyond our control.
  
  Clients who have purchased the premium full reservation service and are unable to travel due to personal reasons or circumstances beyond Abroad Travel Agency's control will be refunded according to the cancellation and refund policies of the booked service providers (accommodation, transport, or activities). Abroad Travel Agency does not guarantee total or partial refunds of these amounts as these policies are set independently by the providers.
  
  Any changes to the itinerary beyond the included services may incur additional costs.
• LIABILITY AND WARRANTIES Abroad Travel Agency is not responsible for any losses, damages, or inconveniences resulting from the use of third-party services such as airlines, hotels, or transportation. Users acknowledge that services may be subject to unforeseen variations.
• INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY All content on this website, including texts, graphics, logos, and designs, is the exclusive property of Abroad Travel Agency and is protected by intellectual property laws. Reproduction without prior authorization is prohibited.
• PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION We respect our users' privacy. The collection and use of personal data will be carried out in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Costa Rica's Law No. 8968.
• JURISDICTION AND APPLICABLE LAW These terms are governed by the laws of the country where the agency is registered. Any disputes will be resolved by the competent courts of said jurisdiction.
